भारत का संविधान: महत्वपूर्ण अनुच्छेद

भारत के संविधान की शुरुआत इसके मूल वैल्यूज के संक्षिप्त विवरण से होती है। इसमें वह दर्शन निहित है जिस पर हमारा संविधान का निर्माण हुआ है। यह एक मानक दो (standard two) की परीक्षा प्रदान करता है और यह पता लगाने के लिए सरकार के किसी भी कानून और कार्रवाई का मूल्यांकन करता है कि यह अच्छा है या बुरा, यह कहा जा सकता है कि प्रस्तावना भारतीय संविधान की आत्मा है। भारत दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र है और भारत का संविधान 26 जनवरी 1950 को लागू हुआ। एक संविधान नियमों और विनियमों का एक समूह है जिसके माध्यम से एक देश शासित होता है। भारतीय संविधान में 448 अनुच्छेद, 25 भाग, 12 अनुसूचियां और 104 संशोधन हैं। संविधान के कुछ हिस्सों में विभिन्न अनुच्छेद हैं जो संवैधानिक निकायों के मौलिक अधिकार विधायिकाओं के कार्यकारी शाखाओं और अनुसूचियों के वर्गों पर चर्चा करते हैं।

It
shall be the duty of every citizen of India

(a)
to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the
National Flag and the National Anthem;

to cherish and follow the noble ideals which inspired our national struggle
for freedom;
