68वें वार्षिक प्राइमटाइम एमी पुरुस्कार की घोषणा अमरीका के कैलिफोर्निया में लोस एंजेल्स में किया गया| ‘द गेम्स ऑफ़ थ्रोन’ को 2016 के सर्वश्रेष्ठ ड्रामा का पुरुस्कार मिला जबकि ‘वीप टुक होम’ को शीर्ष कॉमेडी का पुरुस्कार मिला| ‘द पीपल वी. ओ. जे सिम्पसन’ को बेस्ट क्राइम स्टोरी का पुरुस्कार मिला जबकि ‘जूलिया लुइस-द्रेय्फुस’ को लीड कॉमेडी अभिनेत्री की श्रेणी में पाचवीं बार पुरुस्कार मिला|
